Phoenix Central School District uses SchoolTool as a Student Management system. Parents/guardians are able to securely access their child’s information via the Internet. Viewable information through this portal includes: your child’s schedule, attendance, discipline, and grades. In addition, parents/guardians will be able to email teachers from within the portal.
All parents/guardians that have a valid email address on file with the district should have received notification via email that a SchoolTool account has been created for you. In this email you also received a temporary password; your user name is your email address. With this information, you will be able to login to SchoolTool.
If you have not received an email from SchoolTool with this information or to submit your email address, please contact the main office at your child’s school.
Students are given access to the system using their Phoenix CSD network user ID and login information.
Parent Portal Mobile App
The free SchoolTool mobile application allows parents and students to quickly and easily view information about from their mobile device. Download on the App Store or on Google Play. Your username and password is the same as the one used for the Parent Portal website.
