STUDENT INSURANCE PROGRAMS

It is the intent of the Board of Education to purchase insurance adequate for the protection of taxpayers from the loss due to property damage or from determination of liability. The Board will therefore appoint and seek recommendations from an Insurance Agent of Record.

Insurance covering expenses arising from injuries incurred in athletic games and practice will be purchased, the limits of which shall be reviewed annually.

Property, Liability and Fidelity Insurance will be purchased as approved by the Board upon recommendation of the Insurance Agent of Record.
