STUDENT CONTESTS

The Board encourages those contests sponsored by non-school agencies which promote, encourage or motivate students in skills or attitudes which are encompassed by the school program.

Participation in contests shall have the prior approval of the Superintendent of Schools or his/her delegate. Care shall be exercised in granting such approvals, so that no student's eligibility to participate in school activities shall be endangered.
