SUPERINTENDENT'S COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

The annual salary of the Superintendent shall be determined annually, prior to the preparation of the budget for the applicable year, if practicable, or otherwise in accordance with the terms of the Superintendent's Contract.

Benefits available to other professional employees shall be available to the Superintendent, in addition to those provided in the Superintendent's Contract.

Out-of-pocket expenses incurred by the Superintendent in the pursuit of his/her duties or in attendance at professional conferences will be reimbursed by the district.

An automobile will be furnished to the Superintendent when practicable. Otherwise, travel will be reimbursed at actual cost if common carriers are used, or at the district mileage rate.
