QUORUM
A majority (i.e., five) of the members of the Board of Education shall constitute a quorum for the transaction of the business of a regular meeting. Should there be fewer than five members of the Board present at a regular meeting, a time for the new meeting shall be set by the members present and such meeting shall be deemed a regular meeting. Notice of rescheduled meetings shall be given to absent members pursuant to Policy 2340, Notice of Meetings.
Final action on any resolution shall be valid only upon vote of the majority of the total membership of the Board.
