FIELD TRIP, EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITY & COMMUNITY TRANSPORTATION

Upon approval of the Transportation Supervisor, school vehicles may be used to transport students on field trips or for extra-curricular activities within a radius of 75 miles from the school. The Transportation Supervisor may also grant permission for trips outside of the mileage limitations. General bus procedures should be followed for extracurricular bus use.

There shall be no transportation services available to community members except for those trips planned for students attending accredited pre-schools within the borders of the District.  In those situations, the Transportation Supervisor shall prepare an estimate, and bill accordingly, for services rendered based on driver pay and mileage.
