The Superintendent of Schools shall supervise the promulgation and administration of Rules of Conduct on Buses for students, and they will be subject to the approval of the Board. The objective of these rules will be the ultimate safety of the students as well as the achievement of acceptable social relationships among the students, and between the students and driver. The rules will be given wide distribution to students, parents, administrators, teachers, and transportation personnel. The rules will be brought to the attention of students by administrators and/or teachers at the opening of the school year and from time to time thereafter as the need is recognized.
