VANDALISM

All necessary steps shall be taken, and police cooperation and action sought, in protecting school property from thefts and vandalism.

Incidents of theft or vandalism of a serious nature shall be reported to the police and charges shall be pressed against those apprehended. The school system shall seek to recover loss in accordance with statutes.

The Superintendent of Schools shall report to the Board of Education within a reasonable time in cases where police are notified.
