NOTIFY BUILDING ADMINISTRATOR

This form is available on 5” x 8” cards. Each card is to be taped onto the desk next to each office telephone. It is to be completed whenever a bomb threat is received by telephone. A copy is to be submitted along with an incident report form to the Superintendent of Schools.
