The Board of Education feels that it is vitally important that each employee be paid what he/she is due on the established pay days. Timely preparation of payrolls and paychecks is required.
A duly certified payroll is one that has been examined and approved by the Superintendent of Schools, or in his/her absence, the Superintendent's Designee for Business. It shall be the responsibility of the Superintendent's Designee for Business and his/her staff to prepare all payrolls.
A periodic test will be conducted to verify accuracy and appropriateness of district payrolls.
