NON-SCHOOL EMPLOYMENT BY PROFESSIONAL STAFF MEMBERS
The Board of Education takes no position in opposition to employment of a teacher outside of hours required in the pursuit of his/her duties to the school system, except that:
1. such outside employment shall not interfere with the proper execution of his/her assigned school duties; and
2. a teacher may not tutor for pay students who attend his/her classes except as assigned by the Superintendent or delegated member of the Management Team as a part of the school-sponsored Home Instruction program.
