Unauthorized Absence

When it has been alleged that an employee has absented himself or herself from his/her position without authorization, the Superintendent of Schools will review the facts with the employee's immediate supervisor. If the Superintendent finds that the employee has taken an unauthorized absence, he/she will commence action or take procedures called for by the appropriate statutes or relevant employee contract.
