NEW FACILITIES

The Board of Education will not regard a building project as complete nor will it make final payments to contractors until it receives a Certificate of Completion from the architect. The Board will then ask for a concurrence from the Clerk of the Works, and make a tour of inspection accompanied by the architect and the Clerk of the Works. Thereafter, the Board will consider a resolution acknowledging the building project as complete.
