CONSTRUCTION PROJECT RECORDS & REPORTS

 

            One complete set of detailed plans and specifications, copies of bids and contracts, architect's authorizations of payments to contractors, change orders, records relating to the bond sale and the bond retirement schedule, and other pertinent materials shall be kept in the permanent file of the district.

 

            Extra copies of the plans and specifications may be required by the Board for use of the Superintendent and the Superintendent’s Designee.

 

            The Board may require "As Built" drawings to be made if the finished building differs significantly from the original drawings and specifications.

 

            The architect shall appear before the Board at least monthly, and he and the Clerk of the Works shall be required to submit monthly reports in writing.
